Mr. Kobeissi holds a Masters Science degree in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College, Michigan, USA. He is also a candidate for the Masters of Science in Education Leadership, and the Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Michigan, U.S.A. He is certified by Michigan Department of Education and the US department of Education to teach accounting, mathematics, computer applications, and English as Second Language.

Mr. Kobeissi has a wide range of professional experience in the education development and improvement, as well as the accounting, budgeting, finance, and taxation of schools(K-12), colleges, and universities. Mr. Kobeissi professional experience can be summarized as follows:

  • Over 20 years experience in accounting; auditing, budgeting, human resources, and taxation experience especially in the education field as well as corporate finance and culture. In addition to ERP implementation (Accounting, Human Resources-HRMS, Student Information Systems-SIS, Teacher Management Systems-TMS, and Curriculum Management Systems-CMS).
  • Over 20 years experience in education leadership, accreditation, education reform, education improvement, school improvement plans and curriculums, school improvement plans and , and education management including school (American Diploma, International Baccalaureate-IB), and university setups and administration. He also provided consulting services in administering and running schools and colleges, school improvement plans and curriculums, budgeting, faculty and staff evaluation, and staffing.
  • Over 20 years of teaching accounting, computer applications, English as Second Language (ESL), and mathematics
Before joining Taleem in the year 2009, he worked as a consultant for VP of administration and Finance for Gulf University of Science and Technology in West Mishref, Kuwait, and he was part of the planning team of King Abdullah University for Science and Technology in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. Before working in the Middle East, he worked for Davenport University in Michigan, USA, Dearborn Public Schools in Michigan, USA, and the American Institutional Management Services, Inc. in Michigan, USA.
